Violet Evergarden 2018
Synopsis: Violet Evergarden was found by navy officer Dietfried as a child and later given as a "gift" to his brother Gilbert to be used as a tool for war. But at the end of the war Violet Evergarden is now writing to understand herself and her past.
Review: I really enoyed this story of Violet and the man from her past. They left the mystery aroud this whole series I felt like. You didnt get a deep background for any of the charceters, just enough to let you imagination go wild and to not be lost in the show. You watch Violet herself grow with each episode trying to actully understand human nature better and herself. As you go into the series you know she was used for war so any emoition Violet has is pretty much none to 0. Beside for the first few episodes, each one you got to see Violet connect to different people and it was nice to watch and see how the encounter would grow because her, herself wasnt't what everyone was expecting. An Violet herself is still learning about being human. So its a journey to discover ones self, and in this case the meaning of the words "I love You".
So if you like something thats easy going and heart warming, well I thought it was heart warming. Give this series a try it has a happing ending which is my favorite.
